Tales Of the Jedi Investigator

(1/1)

Unum:
Greetings, The community is holding an RP event tonight at 6pm Pacific time as outlined in the guild message of the day. The rules to this event are simple.

This is a mystery-style event, where participants will be given clues and a time frame to locate the next objective. Using these parameters each correct location found within the time frame allotted will generate 1 point for the  successful find. if multiple people find the same mark each will receive a point. days will be tallied and then all points will be tallied at the end giving us daily winners and an event winner. daily winners shall receive a guild comment marking their success, and the event winner will receive a more prestigious title plus an in game item reward.

See you there!
Master Angella

Ok, The first part of the Event went well. We had a great showing and the RP took us about 2 and a half hours! What fun! the people that attended and their scores were:

Arcaniks: 4 points
Katri: 4 points
Vunduro: 3 points
Deadnight: 3 points
InsaneHero: 2 points
Kairen: 1 point

The Event started in the Galactic Senate where our team met with a member of the Galactic Investigation Commitee to discuss a homicide of one of the Senators who opposed a unification with the Sith Empire. Due to the assassination all opposition to this union has stopped. Senators of liberty are in fear for their lives. Our only usable clue was a tattered flier for the Dealer's Den Cantina.

Our team made there way to the Dealer's Den Cantina and found our assassin, a Bounty Hunter who admitted under force suggestion his involvement and gave a description of the man who hired him from the black sun district as a bartender who did well with the ladies.

At the Silent Sun Cantina, our team questioned the newly hired boy to discover he was merely relaying information, the plot grew thicker as rumors within the group sensed a bigger plot due to the multiple avenues of cover this deal was taking. The bartender revealed that he got his information from a slicer in the Justicar Territory who wore a beard and mustache like a downward pitchfork and had a messy hair style.

Armed with this information our team set out to find this slicer and after 3 attempts to question, the use of bodily harm, and 2 memory wipes, the subtle interrogation worked the best. The slicer hired them to clean up his mess, as they were now in disguise, by sending them to the jedi ruins to remove the crate that dropped off the job information to him. Once there, the crate was labeled still and our team sent the crate in for analysis and are currently awaiting this information to continue the trail of evidence that will hopefully unravel the mystery of: who would do this and why would they want to ensure a union with the Republic and the Empire?

Tune in next week for the continuation of this event, and join us in game to participate in the amazingly interactive RP, we have several more planets to cover before it ends with plenty of time to make up those points. =)

Ok, The Second part of the Event went well, it was a little slower than before, but we will have to take time to work on map use skills in the future. We had a great showing and the RP took us about 3 and a half hours! It was a blast! the people that attended and their scores were:

Arcaniks: 4 (8 total) points
Katri: 3 (7 total) points
Vunduro: 4 (7 total) points
Deadnight: 2 (5 total) points
InsaneHero: 1 (3 total) points
Kairen: 4 (5 total) points
Maxari: 4 (4 total) points
Therasendra: 4 (4 total) points
Torthen: 1 (1 total) points
Bozahn: 1 (1 total) points

The Event started in the Galactic Senate where our team met to discuss The source of the crate which turned out to be sent from a Nikto Male going by the name of Kallakar the Savage on Nar Shaddaa. After dispatching the aggressive criminal, our team discovered the shipment was sent on the request of a Cantina Bartender working in the Where house district  of the Nikto sector.

Deadnight used the force to pull the answers from this bartender who tried to avoid standard questioning. Only to find the order was routed through a vendor in the lower promenade who suspiciously always seems to have nothing in stock. Once our team found this mystery vendor he seemed to be used to Jedi tactical questioning as well as torture. The only way to get the information our team was after was to give him information. He wanted to know the size of our Order.

Therasendra finally gave him the information he wanted and we received our clue to check the Imperial Re-education center. The prisoners we found told us on their rescue that they had overheard the last person to be "programmed" through a brain washing technique was a republic SiS Operative working in the Shadow town area. The Operative did his task, but before he could do anything else his team discovered the problem and "Deprogramed" him. He told the Investigators that the next step was to report the missions success to a Sith located on Tattooine in the Outlaw's den at a GTN kiosk.

Once our Team found the location of the secret meeting they discovered two Sith. All attempts to draw information failed and the Sith Attacked! Our team was able to subdue one and the other escaped the scene. We now wait for the Jedi Council to question our suspect for any information. Now we are currently awaiting this information to continue the trail of evidence that will hopefully unravel the mystery of: who would do this and why would they want to ensure a union with the Republic and the Empire?

Tune in next week for the continuation of this event, and join us in game to participate in the amazingly interactive RP, we have several more planets to cover before it ends with plenty of time to make up those points. =)
